One aspect that sets us apart from other facilitators is that we are able to analyze data in real-time. Providing we have the necessary district-level data, we can manipulate and output the data to help inform the decision-making process. We merge district data across variables, calculate scores based on raw data or some grouping (e.g., quartiles), apply different weights to variables, rank order districts, see impact of cut scores, etc. data analytical process – observe, question, hypothesize, test, and analyze — used to create value from the data on hand. And we do all of this in real-time during the meeting!
